Because our products are delivered electronically and our workshops and mentorship sessions involve reserved time and resources, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
For memberships or subscription-based services, payments will continue until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
If a product is found to be defective or access is not properly granted due to a technical issue on our end, we will work promptly to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the service you purchased.
